no-www (was: email vs. e-mail)

nasa.gov works. It redirects to www.nasa.gov. Although that is  
backwards of the approach that I would take and what I believe should  
be the standard, at least it works.

I believe that example.com should resolve normally and  
www.example.com should redirect to example.com.
