It didn't work because Return-Path is irrelevant to the problem at hand,
and indeed is not even used for anything except by humans. Since the
envelope information in SMTP is passed ``out of band'' this header is
placed there by MTAs to make it easy for us humans to figure out what
the original envelope sender was. It has nothing to do with the fact
that email servers are rejecting the email, this is why ``it didn't
work.'' ;-)
The correct solution, as someone already mentioned is to use -f.
