Specify which device is eth0 at boot.

I guess I should have been more specific. This has to happen
_before_ it gets to an OS. I'm using kickstart and the device has to
be eth0 before kickstart starts to load, I suppose it'd be possible
to decompile the kickstart boot files and regenerate it but that's a
hassle I hope to avoid if possible.
