Your requirement list sounds a lot like mine, except that in my
case, OGG support *is* essential.  A fairly large percentage of
my music collection is encoded as Ogg right now, and I certainly
don't have the time or the desire to re-rip or transcode it.  I'd
also like something a bit more than 20 GB, but that may be less
critical.

I have yet to find a player that does everything I want, but it
sounds like I need to take a good look at the iRiver.
