Any recommendations on where to get a static ip or a cheap hosting plans?

I second UVNet, My company hosts at their Co-Lo and is in the process of
getting DSL from them too.  I have had DSL from them at home personally
for a few months now.  There has been nothing to complain about, there
service has been great.
