Check out these guys: http://www.laptopsunlimited.com They are a local shop that sell refurbished laptops. Should be well within you price range. Since they deal in used merchandise I don't know about how vast their inventory is. Although, everytime I have been in there it seems they have laptops coming out of their ears. Dan
