OpenVPN Configuration (Was XP Linksys DHCP Hatred)

I just found out (using trusty personal firewall), that the vpn client
can connect in to machines on the LAN. The LAN machines are not able
to reply back to the VPN client. So yes this is some sort of
routing/firewall issue.
