procmail error

I have encountered an error in my mail logs. I am running sendmail on  
Fedora Core 3 with Mailman.

Oct 18 13:41:51 pedro sendmail[22728]: j9HCRAu1008806:  
to=<root at pedro.uphpu.org>, ctladdr=<root at pedro.uphpu.org> (0/0),  
delay=1+07:14:41, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=local, pri=6172734,  
dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: local mailer (/usr/bin/procmail) exited  
with EX_TEMPFAIL
Oct 18 13:41:52 pedro sendmail[22728]: j9FML9Op025027: to=root,  
delay=2+20:28:54, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=local, pri=6173420,  
dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: local mailer (/usr/bin/procmail) exited  
with EX_TEMPFAIL


It appears that it is a procmail problem. Something about not being  
able to write out to something perhaps.


Where would I find a log for procmail?


I found an explanation for the error, but it doesn't I don't  
understand it or am not able to apply it.

Does the above error mean anything to anyone? Anyone have any ideas?
