MythTV with ATI TV WONDER? VE?

Amazon has both a PVR-150 and a PVR-150MCE.  Would both work with
mythtv?  It appears from the comments on the page that the main
difference is that the MCE doesn't come with all the software that the
other does (and is thus 30$ cheaper)...
