Linux NAT/gateway distro

I'm looking for a Linux NAT/gateway distribution that:
a) does dial-up
b) is easy to set up (I'm thinking "install distro to hard drive, type in
phone number and username/password, done" sort of easy)
c) does on-demand dialing (so it doesn't connect to the internet until
somebody on the local network opens a web browser or whatnot)
d) maybe even some sort of remote (web-based?) interface to disconnect if
the user doesn't want to wait for it to timeout
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
Ross
