Mstar might advertise 15mbps, but have you ever talked with someone who has
actually metered that on a bandwidth test? I don't know anyone who has ever
gotten over 5mpbs w/ Mstar.

I'm going with MStar, for the price I'm paying now for Cable and Internet I
can get TV,15Mbs Internet and Phone service. Same features too.
