Would it be difficult for someone to create a web-based IRC client for the Plug list on #utah ? A good example of what works well for me (since IRC traffic is firewalled off at my organization) is the one created by Xmission at this location: http://chat.xmission.com/ Is that a difficult thing to create on Plug.org ?
