So, where is Guy Fawkes when you need him?
On the other tentacle, recall that it was Charles II who first
insisted that the Royal Mail have a monopoly, so that he could read
his nobles' mail. Give what happened to his father, one can
sympathize. So maybe EIIR wants to read Bill's email?
