PLUG have a 30 minute delay on emails?

Has anyone else noticed a 30 minute delay on emails to the PLUG list?

Looking at a few of the recent emails I noticed that the first date 
stamp lists:
Mon, 27 Jun 2005 14:52:22 -0600 (MDT)

And the final date stamp lists this:
id 2B0E86D8F; Mon, 27 Jun 2005 15:15:23 -0600 (MDT)

That is almost 30 minutes from send to deliver.  Is anyone else noticing 
this?
