Subscribing to WAA

But if you try to use that to subscribe to the list, when it tries to 
show the subscription sent page, it tries to go to 
http://utwaa.org/.... and therefore doesn't work.  Thus the original 
post.  But, someone posted how to do it via e-mail, so that is fine.
