Subscribing to WAA

It looks like the utwaa.org domain is no longer pointing to the same 
path as plug.org.  This would mean that the mailman folder would no 
longer be accessible from the utwaa.org domain.  You can still access 
the mailman list from this link: http://plug.org/mailman/listinfo/waa
