Linux network install server

Does anyone have a decent reference on how to set up a Linux network 
install server for Red Hat Enterprise 3?  I am aware of tftp, nfs, 
bootp, and etc and how to get them to talk.  What I am looking for is 
how to setup the actual OS on the install server and how to configure it 
once it has been transferred to the destination.
