2 gig monthly cap?  I didn't see this anywhere on the information page

This could be a real problem as downloading the ISOs for just about any 
Linux distribution would go WAY over that.

Is this cap universal with Utopia?  Is it certain cities?  Additional 
information would be appreciated.
