Early Macs were nothing but SCSI.  In fact, until it closed, Mad Mac
in Orem was one of the best places around to get any kind of hard to
find SCSI cable.  But I digress.

I don't know of any x86-based home PCs that came with SCSI, except
those from the build-your-own crowd, which could, of course, have
pretty much any feature you were willing to pay for.
