Fulltime Job Opportunity: data import specialist

Our company has immediate need for someone to do data import.  This is not to 
be confused with 'data entry'.  Extra time, if any, will be spent testing our 
products.

As part of our product offering to new customers, we import their data into 
our system.  Some of these data sources include ACT, Goldmine, SalesForce,
Access, plain Excel and CSV files.

Importing the data involves learning the source formats, cleaning the data 
when necessary, and knowing how it translates into our system.  Candidates 
are not expected to know all, nor necessarily any of these formats yet.


Required skills
---------------
Basic SQL knowledge, some experience
Good at understanding data relations

Helpful Skills
--------------
Knowledge/experience with Excel or similar tool for manipulating data

Not Required
------------
Programming knowledge/experience


Compensation
------------
Pay will begin at an hourly, entry-level rate which is DOE, plus commissions.

Salary + benefits may be available after a provisional period.
