small paid project, kernel patch linux-abi

Id like to pass along a payable "item":

the need is for a Fedora fc3 stable kernel patched with linux-abi.sf.net
(for running sco binaries, I can provide with program for testing). 

It requires you to provide: 
1) patched kernel soucre
2) compiled kernel and modules
3) any notes to particulars needed to accomplish the patch
