Bind (DNS) zones that aren't class C

DHCP itself works fine across a range that is 192.168.4./22.
My question is about DNS and DNS updates from the dhcp server. Seems as
though bind only wants to deal with 24-bit zones. So my question
remains. How do I work around this issue?
