I love Newegg. I have bought lots of things from them. However, not
everything is rosey:

1) Shipping costs quite a bit with newegg, often $3-5 per item
2) I can never reach a live person (e-mail or phone) to ask about bulk
   orders

Other than that, they're absolutely great.
