I don't know who said they wouldn't. Neither of us went to NU, so their
not having hired us doesn't prove your point. Neither does the fact that
they interviewed us. 

Besides, NU is a new school that didn't _have_ any graduates when we
interviewed.

Maybe their own students are better qualified for better jobs, or their
own students didn't apply. It's not the NBA.
