I don't know about Ubuntu, but many distros have a "local" script that's
run after everything else. It's usually /etc/rc.d/rc.local. You can
just add the shell command above in that script, and you'll be set.
Of course, as with many things Linux, there are at least a dozen ways to
do this. :)
